OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Nemah, Inc., located at 1018 Grassland Ln, Nashville, TN 37220 ("Sponsor"), in partnership with Hanna Andersson ("Co-Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 20, 2026, 9:00 AM ET and ends on July 27, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Giveaway Period, an entrant must, in the following order:

1. Follow @nemah and @hannaandersson on Instagram;

2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the designated Giveaway announcement post on Instagram; and

3. Complete the entry form at https://nemah.com/pages/nemah-x-hanna-andersson-sun-safe-summer-giveaway, providing a valid email address, and submit.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Entries using multiple email addresses, aliases, or any automated means will be void. Instagram follow and comment-tag steps will be verified manually by the Nēmah social team; entries that do not complete all three steps are incomplete and will not be eligible to win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: two (2) Nēmah Mineral Sunscreen Spray SPF 30 Family Packs (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $52 each, $104 total), and one (1) $150 Hanna Andersson gift card. Total ARV $204. The winner’s prize will be delivered directly by Hanna Anderson upon receipt of email address. No cash alternative or substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, on or about July 28, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified via the email address provided within 3 business days of the drawing. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within three (3) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Data Collection, Use & Sharing

Personal information (including email address) collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, notify the winner, and, where consented to, for future marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://nemah.com/pages/privacy-policy). By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may share their name and email address with Co-Sponsor (Hanna Andersson) for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for Co-Sponsor’s own marketing purposes, subject to Co-Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://www.hannaandersson.com/security-and-privacy.html). Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications from either party at any time as described in the applicable privacy policy or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. In the event an entrant is selected as winner, entrant further agrees that Sponsor may share additional information provided for prize fulfillment purposes (including shipping address, and swimwear style/size selections) with Co-Sponsor solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Co-Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
