Unlike traditional sunscreen sprays, our bag-on-valve technology lets you spray upside-down (hello, ankles and toddler chase scenes), delivers consistent 360° coverage, and never clogs.

Can I use it on kids?
Absolutely. It’s safe for children over 6 months. For extra care, patch test first and apply by spraying into your hands before patting onto their skin.

Is it reef-safe?
100%. Our formula is free from oxybenzone, octinoxate, and other reef-harming chemicals. You can feel good about protecting your skin and the ocean.

Is it pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe?
Yes! This dermatologist-tested formula is free of chemical sunscreens, parabens, and phthalates. It’s made with 100% mineral actives, making it a safe choice for pregnant and nursing parents. (Always check with your doctor if unsure.)

Is the zinc in your sunscreen non-nano
Yes - our Mineral Suncare Mist SPF 30 is made with non-nano zinc oxide and non-nano titanium dioxide. That means the mineral particles are large enough to sit on the surface of your skin (rather than being absorbed), providing broad-spectrum UV protection while being safer for your body and the environment.

Q: My Mineral Sunscreen Spray isn’t spraying. What should I do?

We’re so sorry you’re experiencing this—we’ve received a handful of similar reports and are actively working with our manufacturer to understand what went wrong.

This was our very first SPF launch, and while all units passed quality testing before release, it’s clear a portion of bottles aren't performing the way they should. We’ve already taken action by hand-testing all remaining inventory and are working closely with our manufacturer to ensure this issue doesn’t appear in any future batches.

Is this sunscreen for face or body?
Both! Mineral Suncare Mist is gentle enough for your face and strong enough for full-body protection. Just spray into your hands before applying to the face (especially for kids!)

How do I apply it?
Shake well. Hold 4–6 inches from your skin and spray evenly. Rub in to ensure complete coverage. Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Is it aerosol?
Nope—no mystery gas here. Our bag-on-valve tech uses pure, pressurized air (not chemical propellants) to deliver an ultra-fine, continuous mist that’s safe to spray and easy to breathe around.

Will it leave a white cast?
Not even a little. Our expertly balanced formula uses only 3% non-nano zinc and 3% titanium dioxide—but applies clear thanks to blurring silica and low-opacity minerals.

Is it water-resistant?
Yes—it’s water- and sweat-resistant for a full 80 minutes, the highest tier of protection. Perfect for beach days, sprinkler runs, and sweaty summer hikes.

Does it work for sensitive skin?
Yes. It’s non-comedogenic, dermatologist-tested, and includes allantoin, shea butter, glycerin, and vitamin E to soothe and moisturize even reactive skin types.

Do you accept HSA/FSA?
While we don’t accept HSA or FSA cards at checkout, our Mineral Sunscreen Spray SPF 30 is often eligible for reimbursement. We’re happy to provide an itemized receipt upon request—just reach out and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to submit to your provider.
