OFFICIAL RULES

IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Target Corporation. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Nemah, not Target.

2. ELIGIBILITY The Nemah × Target Baby Shower Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter: Employees, officers, and directors of Nemah and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of the above Residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and possessions, or any other location where this Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by law

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

3. ENTRY PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on March 25, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on April 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER
METHOD 1 — ONLINE ENTRY During the Entry Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page at nemah.com/pages/giveaway and complete the entry form by providing: (1) your first and last name; (2) a valid email address; and (3) your due date or baby's birth month. Submit the completed form to receive one (1) entry. No purchase is required to enter online.

METHOD 2 — NO PURCHASE ENTRY (Mail-In) To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and the words "NEMAH BABY SHOWER GIVEAWAY ENTRY" on a plain 3" × 5" card or piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2026 and received by April 24, 2026. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or incomplete will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person for a maximum of one (1) entry total per person Limit one (1) entry per household Multiple entries from the same person or household beyond the limits above will be disqualified Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified

5. PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize — The Nemah Baby Shower:

Winner receives everything needed to throw their dream Nemah baby shower — including registry support and curated gifting for guests:

$2,000 Target Gift Card — shop baby shower essentials, registry items, and Nemah products in store or at Target.com $2,000 in Nemah products — including Nourishing Baby Wash & Shampoo, Soothing Baby Lotion, Leave-In Conditioner & Detangler, Baby Bubble Bath, Pregnancy Essentials Gift Set, and Renewing Nipple + Lip Balm, $1,000 cash — awarded as prepaid VISA gift card.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000+ USD. Final ARV subject to confirmation of product basket value.

Prize Conditions: Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion No substitution of prize is permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize value, including but not limited to income taxes. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value if required by applicable law All other expenses not specifically described above are the sole responsibility of the winner Nemah may, at its sole discretion, offer the winner additional experiences beyond the listed prize. Any such additional experiences are not guaranteed, are not part of the official prize, and do not affect the stated ARV

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or around April 21, 2026 by a representative of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at time of entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. Winner will be publicly announced the week of April 27, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within five (5) business days of notification, or is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner Verification: The potential winner will be required to provide proof of age (government-issued photo ID) and proof of residency before the prize is awarded. Winner may also be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of being notified. Failure to return required documentation within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Claim Deadline: Winner must claim and accept the prize within thirty (30) days of winner notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PUBLICITY RIGHTS Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, general location (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, and/or statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

If Sponsor wishes to use winner's image or likeness in video content or other promotional materials beyond the above, Sponsor will obtain a separate written release from winner prior to such use.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Target Corporation, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any technical errors or malfunctions affecting submission, processing, or display of entries; (d) any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; or (e) any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or prize descriptions.

SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

10. DISPUTES Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nashville, Tennessee. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. PRIVACY Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor for Sweepstakes administration purposes and, if the entrant has opted in, for Nemah marketing communications. Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at nemah.com/privacy, governs the use of personal information collected. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties. Information will be shared with third-party service providers only as necessary for Sweepstakes administration.
