EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

The Executive Assistant to Mary Lawless Lee will manage day-to-day logistics for Mary Lawless Lee, CEO of @MaryLawlessLee, @HappilyGrey, & @Nemah.co. This role is for someone who is passionate about helping the CEO and larger team succeed and someone who is solution driven, with close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You love a zero inbox and checking boxes, but you also know how to look at things from a 50,000 foot view and make smart decisions. In other words, vou're not going to check boxes just for the sake of checking boxes. 

 

Position: Executive Assistant

FLSA Classification: In-Person Full-Time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Reports to: CEO

Location: Nashville, TN

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day logistics including scheduling, calendar management, planning travel, product logistics
  • Office & Home Organization
  • Special projects
  • Occasional travel
  • Other duties as assigned

  • College Degree
  • At least two-years of Executive Assistant experience is required

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Position: Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Brand Director & Marketing Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing content for and managing all social media for @HappilyGrey, @Nemah.Co, and @MaryLawlessLee. This role will work closely with the Brand Director, Marketing Manager, and Brand Founders to consistently deliver the brand's messaging on various social media channels while creating engaging content that continues to build brand awareness and loyalty with our community. She or He is a responsible, creative, and organized individual who has a passion for digital media, fashion, retail, and product brands. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and execute social-first content - Photo & Video - for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube on a daily basis.
  • Act as the voice of the brand on each social platform. Proactively respond to DM’s & Comments and engage with each online community while working with marketing teams to support their efforts.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure all cross-functioning deliverables are coordinated alongside all key deadlines.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, best practices, platform changes and developments to keep HG, Nemah & MLL growing
  • Act as one of the primary on-camera talents, sourcing other talent as needed to execute ideas.
  • Understand and conceptualize CTWF’s content pillars by creating diverse and effective messaging tailored to each unique audience.
  • Assist in PR and strategic planning of influencer/micro-influencer marketing programs.
  • Meet with the Marketing Team, Brand Director, and Founders weekly to review the marketing plan for the week.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Expertise working in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Ability to quickly adapt brand tone & voice
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Strong experience with social content design - photo & video
  • Strong experience with short-form video capturing + editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deadline driven with time and project management skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and under close direction creatively
  • Comfortable across multiple platforms (Social Media, Canva, Asana, GSuite, Slack, etc)
